Our Terms & Conditions

1. Bus Tickets sold are non-exchangeable or non-refundable. If one fails to travel on the date and time specified, his/her ticket will be invalid automatically.
   车票售出后不可兑换或不予退还。如果无法在指定的日期和时间上巴士，他/她的车票将自动失效。
2. Customer is required to check-in at counter fifteen (15) minutes before the departure time.
   客户必须在出发前的十五分钟在柜台登记。
3. Customer must be punctual. Not waiting for latecomers. when taking bus, please bring along your bus ticket.
   客户必须守时。不会等待迟到者。乘车时，请携带您的车票。
4. The company shall not be liable for any delays, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control.
   本公司概不承担任何延误，违规或无法控制的其他事件。
5. Our company will not take any responsibility for loss or damage of luggage.
   本公司将不承担任何损失或行李的损坏责任。
6. In case of bus breakdown, customer may change its departure date or have full payment refunded.
   在巴士发生故障时，客户可以改变它的出发日期或全额支付退款。
7. Company has rights to make any changes without any prior notice.
   公司拥有权利而不作任何事先通知的任何更改。
